This clinic offers a 4-week, 3 sessions per week clinic focused on targeted, personalized instruction to meet specific athlete’s needs. Defenders will work on skill progression to sharpen their game on the back end. Registration is open for girls at the 16U/14U level.

This camp offers 3 days of on-ice instruction combined with off-ice sessions to give upstate NY the perfect balance of fun and competition. Campers will learn useful skills to develop their whole game. Registration is open for boys & girls ages 9-12.

  • Offering 30-minute zoom sessions to chat with Coach Syd on a number of topics: on-ice training plan, off-ice training plan, nutrition & wellness, mental health, college recruitment process, personal hockey journey, etc.

    This is tailored to the player’s specific needs. Option to set up reoccurring calls as well.

    Price: $25 per session

  • Have the chance to get direct feedback on game footage. This coaching allows the player to contact Coach Syd directly via email with any questions related to in-game play and individual shift breakdown for voiceover/drawn teaching techniques.

    *All video will be done through Onform: a video analysis and coaching app. Simply send over shifts and we will create a video package back.

    Price: $30 per game

  • This option allows players to receive in-game video breakdown followed by a 30-minute 1v1 zoom call to go over the highlighted feedback areas. Players have the chance to get direct answers on the coaching video of shifts provided as well as other related topics.

    Price: $50 per game + 30-min zoom

Growing up playing boy’s hockey in New York, I made the switch to girls hockey at 15 years old when I attended Selects Academy at Bishop Kearney. While there, I began my time with the USA hockey program, playing in the U18 IIHF World Championships for two years, winning the silver medal in Japan. I have continued to progress to the senior National Team level, most recently playing for Team USA at the Rivalry Series in 2025.

I attended Colgate University to play Division I for 5 years (2019-2024) where I am the all-time leading point scorer among defenders as well as the third all-time assist leader in program history among all Colgate skaters.

In 2024, I was drafted 22nd overall by the Boston Fleet (PWHL). After season one, I was selected in the first ever PWHL expansion draft by the Vancouver Goldeneyes.
